The CCFA Horse Show is scheduled for June 7, 2026.

We will still accept entry forms as long as they are postmarked by Saturday, May 30, 2026 or emailed by the Wednesday June 3, 2026. Pre-registration is not required but is preferred.

Guest and Vendor Code of Conduct

The Chesterfield County Fair is a nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating everything that makes Chesterfield special by promoting agriculture, education and community entertainment in a family-friendly setting. We’re committed to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone—fairgoers, vendors, and members of the CCFA Team alike. By attending the Chesterfield County Fair, you agree to abide by the Code of Conduct rules.

Age requirements for Chesterfield County Fair entry

Each day when the fair opens, anyone 17 years of age and younger will only be admitted when accompanied by a parent or chaperone who is at least 21 years of age. Read more details about the Age Requirements for Fair Entry.

Clear bag policy starting this year

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fairgoers’ entry into fairgrounds, Chesterfield County Fair Association has implemented a clear bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into fairgrounds. Exceptions to this policy will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Read more about the clear bag policy.
