Scholarship Silent Auction

Participate by donating to the Scholarship Silent Auction.

We will be hosting a 9-day Silent Auction online that will begin on opening day, Friday, Aug. 23, 2024. All donated items will be displayed at the fair Aug. 23 - Aug. 31. The auction will be hosted by Grindstaff Auction Services, who has graciously donated their services.

All funds raised will go towards scholarships for Chesterfield County High School seniors graduating in June 2025. Year to date we have raised over $16,000. Like last year we need your again this year!

Please consider supporting our event by donating gift certificates, merchandise, or services. In exchange, you will receive some excellent community exposure and advertising. Your company name, address, phone, and website will be listed with your donation in the online auction and in our daily announcements during the fair. Your donation is tax deductible.
