On March 21st the Chesterfield County Fair and the Chesterfield and Richmond regions, lost a good friend and companion. Rob dedicated much of his volunteer time ensuring that the fair was a quality event for all participating individuals and families. As a selfless individual who always wore a smile, he will be truly missed.
The Chesterfield County fair Association dedicates this year’s fair to the memory of Rob Sheffield.
Thanks to everyone for making the 2009 Chesterfield County Fair a huge success.
The response to new events such as the balloon toss, hot dog eating contest and cutest baby contest was overwhelming. These events will be even better this year and enjoyed by even more fairgoers!
