Entry Form, Rules and Regulations
Registration
The Chesterfield County Fair Arts and Crafts Competition is open to all interested parties, youth or adults and open to residents in any county. 4-H Club members will be allowed to make exhibits in any class under their age division or in the 4H division.
You may only enter one item per class per your age division.
Online Registration will open, May 1, 2026 through Aug. 25, 2026. If you are unable to submit using FairEntry, please send your list of entries, including, Department, Class, Description and Age/Division (Senior, Adult, Youth (17-14), Youth (13-9), Child (8 & under), 4H Member) to artsandcrafts@chesterfieldcountyfair.org by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2026. It is preferred that you get your items entered by Aug. 25 at 11:59 p.m. to expediate the process but we will accept walk-ins on Thursday, Aug. 27 and will enter your items into the FairEntry system.
New this year, we want to celebrate America's 250th Anniversary we have added a new Department "250 American Celebration Contest".

- Quilts! Remember, Quilts are due Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2026 from 5 – 8 p.m. Please email us if you need them returned to you before the pick-up date of Sept. 6.
